Below is a schedule of events for the 3rd Annual Monster BBQ Pit Build Off & Poker Run.

Friday June 25th
12:00pm-9:00pm		 Opening to Cooking Teams Only
 Set up & Registration
*All vendors and competitors set up before 9:30am on Saturday
   
Saturday June 26th Open to the public at 11:00am
10:00am Mandatory cooks meeting & meat distribution
  Poker Run Registration (Last Bike Out @ 12:00PM)
   
11:00am Live Emcee begins  (Emcee Greg Ulen)
Kids area will be closed promptly at 5:00pm Kids Area Opens (11:00-5:00PM)
*Sandbox
*Face Painting/Balloons
*Inflatable
12:00pm Silent Auction begins (Cash or Check Only)
   
1:00pm Cornhole Tournament Begins
   
3:00pm Judges meeting (locate judges)
Tug of War begins
   
4:00pm Open to public Beer Garden 
Ribs turned in for judging
   
6:00pm BBQ awards presented by Mayor Richard Mavis
Awards Tug of War
Awards Corn Hole
Biker Games and Best Poker Hand Paid Out

6:30pm Live Entertainment begins
Silent Auction ends

Spacing limited for competitions, signing up in advance Saturday morning is recommended

Proceeds From all games go towards the charitable event

Tug of War Sign Up Deadline: 12:00PM @ ticket booth Saturday June 26th

Come test your power and challenge the Monster BBQ Crew.  The last team standing will have to face this hand picked team of heavy pullers.   

       ***Tug of war will consist of 10 man/women (at least 3 women per team) teams with a mud center.  Please dress appropriately.  There will a max total of 9 teams competing for 10 individual trophies.  Winner takes all (Single Elimination).                             Cost per person: $10.00   

Cornhole Sign Up Deadline: 12:00PM @ ticket booth Saturday June 26th

     ***Cornhole will consist of 14 teams with 5 sets of boards  competing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies.  Cost per person: $10.00

6:30PM - 1:00AM -- Live Entertainment Entertainment Schedule
