Below is a schedule of events for the 1st Annual Monster BBQ Pit Build Off & Poker Run.

Friday June 12th 2009 - Open to Cooking Teams Only
12:00PM - 9:00PM -- Registration and Set up
6:00PM  - Team Reception (Cooking Teams Only, Not Open to the Public)    
7:00PM - 11:00PM   -- Live Band/DJ

All Vendors/Contestants are to set up before 9:30AM on Saturday  

Saturday June 13th 2009
10:00AM -- Mandatory Cooks Meeting and Meat Distribution
10:00AM - 12:00PM -- Poker Run Registration (Last Bike Out @ 12:00PM)
3:00PM - Judges Meeting
4:00PM - Rib Turn In
5:00PM - BBQ Awards presented by Mount Vernon Mayor Richard Mavis
6:00PM - Biker Games & Best Poker Hand Paid Out
3:00PM - 1:00AM -- Live Entertainment Entertainment Schedule
